Brynwood has always been one of State College’s most popular communities. Its wooded home sites, walking trails and exceptional location within the Gray’s Woods master planned development mean homeowners in the neighborhood can get the best of everything without breaking the bank.
The location is so great, in fact, that homeowners can literally walk their children to Gray’s Woods Elementary School or ABC Children’s Center, both of which are situated across the street from Brynwood. Playgrounds, baseball fields and picnic areas are just down the road. Read More→
