Thank You for Designing and Building Our Dream House

Here at S&A Homes, we pride ourselves in building quality WV and PA new homes for our buyers. We want to make sure that all of our buyers feel like they are taken care of. We work hard to provide individualized attention to each family during the home building process, and it warms our hearts to hear that our hard work is paying off.

We recently heard some feedback from Mike and Malissa Martin from State College, PA about their experience building an S&A home. Below is what they have to say.

“We just wanted to send you a quick note to say how happy we are with S & A. Thank you so much to S&A for designing and building our dream house. It has only been about 3 weeks since we broke ground and everything is moving so quickly. We went from having an empty lot to an entire framed, sided, and brick-started house in less than 3 weeks. We couldn’t be happier with Matt when it came to designing our house, especially our kitchen. He was really patient with us, had answers to all of our many questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. Sara was also great with helping us to pick out our interior and exterior color and material selections when designing. We didn’t know where to start, and she made the process very easy. Chad, our Project Manager, has had all the contractors and materials ordered ahead of time to keep the process moving quickly. He is wonderful to work with. We couldn’t be happier with this whole process and how quickly everything is moving! Thank you!”
