The program is simple. Advantage Days is offered in every community throughout the company and means an 8% discount off the final price of your home. That equates to anywhere from $15,000 all the way up to $40,000 and in some cases even more depending on the price of your home. Putting that kind of money back in your pocket gives you the flexibility to choose how to spend (or save) the discount.

Some of the key points?

• There is no limit to savings. The greater your purchase price, the greater the savings. Savings are taken off of your FINAL purchase price, meaning any upgrades you add to your PA or WV new homes will be discounted as well.
• Your discount is taken directly off the purchase price of your home. No gimmicks here – we won’t force you to “spend” your savings on upgrades for your home or specialized loan programs like other builders do.
